First residence is a private luxury resort, situated on Krk island. It’s a street of five villas (three already built, two in construction) with one big entrance door. Entry is enabled only for villa’s owners, which offers desired privacy to you and your family. Every house has separate front yard and parking place for three cars. Every villa has its own infinity pool with beautiful seaview. The pool is surrounded with big terrace, outside kitchen and greenery. Front terrace looks towards the sun most of the day.
